This is a piece that includes 49 surfaces.  It was begun at the Millay Colony and will continue to evolve.  It is made up of 7 pieces horizontally and 7 vertically.  The piece is inspired by an exploration of the chakras and the five elements as ancient systems of understanding the body/mind/spirit connection.

The concept of the chakras as content was born and thirty-seven surfaces emerged

And then, she was born
And she knew who she was
No doubts

She claimed her place in the universe
